Summertime drought, and you are only allowed to water your lawn on every third Thursday, between the hours of 3:30 and 5:00 AM, if the moon is not full? No problem, program it and forget it. Need to keep your Koi happy and have their pond filter run only during the day? Again, program it and forget it. Want to receive notification when the basement sump pump at your summer home kicks in, or more importantly, does not kick off? This too is possible.
